Suraj has founded and grown ventures across technology, finance, and consulting, with a career spanning entrepreneurship, advisory, and investment. He co-founded DreamGains, India’s first investment advisory for high-risk instruments, which scaled to over 1,000 people and served more than 5 million clients, turning profitable within its first four months.
Following this, he founded Idea Garage, a boutique transformation consultancy that has advised Fortune 500 companies, Indian conglomerates, and emerging tech ventures on growth strategy, go-to-market design, Web3 token ecosystems, and large-scale operational change.
He serves on multiple advisory boards including two investment funds, and sits on the board of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), Bangalore Chapter.

While completing her law degree, Bharti served a four-year term on the board of an Australian education company with over 20 million in annual turnover. She then spent seven years as a lawyer at Linklaters in London, advising on multi-jurisdictional transactions including IPOs, bond and equity-linked issuances, and debt restructurings. Her clients included global banks, sovereign wealth funds, and listed corporates across the UK and Europe.
During her time at Linklaters’ she seconded to the Singapore office, working in the India capital markets desk. She also seconded to Credit Suisse and Lloyds Banking Group in London.
Bharti later transitioned into leadership and commercial roles spanning Sydney, Dubai, and India, bridging institutional and family-office capital with opportunities in digital assets, private markets, and alternative strategies. At Celsius Network, she led corporate sales and crisis management with the firm’s top global creditors, and at Zerocap, she directed global distribution and strategy for private-wealth clients.
